Our volunteers find working with our members highly rewarding. Drive our minibus, help at the Jubilee Club, train our members to use a laptop, volunteer at the Noah’s Ark Playscheme, help with admin or volunteer at our fundraising events – you will nearly always be in contact with one or several learning disabled children or adults.

One of our Jubilee Club volunteers says “her life is enriched by club members who love to interact with her and other volunteers”. It’s a great relationship!

You can volunteer for us if you are over 18. You don’t need any special skills but empathy, being able to talk to people easily and being comfortable with yourself all help. You’ll be supported by our Coordinators and other volunteers and you’ll get more out than you put in!
